Introduction
The East Riding FA Flexi Leagues is an amateur football league in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It was founded in 2014 and currently has two divisions, Division One and Division Two. The league is open to men and women of all ages and abilities.
The games are played on 3G pitches at Beverley Leisure Centre and the University of Hull. Each team plays 10 games per season, with games played on Mondays and Wednesdays. The season runs from September to April.
How to Join
To join the East Riding FA Flexi Leagues, you can either register your team online or contact the league office. The registration fee is £30 per team.
The league also offers a free trial for new teams. This allows you to try out the league before you commit to joining.
Rules
The rules of the East Riding FA Flexi Leagues are based on the FA Laws of the Game. However, there are some modified rules to make the league more flexible and accessible.
- Games are played over 50 minutes, instead of 90 minutes.
- There is no offside rule.
- Teams can have up to 15 players on the pitch at any one time.
- There is no maximum number of substitutes.
Cost
The cost of playing in the East Riding FA Flexi Leagues is £30 per team, plus £45 per game. This covers the cost of pitch hire, refereeing, and league administration.
