Introduction
The East Point Sports Norfolk and Suffolk Youth League is an amateur football league for boys and girls aged 7 to 16 years old. It is based in the English counties of Norfolk and Suffolk.
The league was founded in 1999 and currently has over 200 clubs and 4,000 players. It is affiliated to the Football Association (FA).

The league runs a variety of competitions, including:
- Divisions for different age groups
- Cup competitions
- League cups
- Festivals
The league also offers a variety of coaching and development programs.
Season 2022/23

The 2022/23 season is currently underway. The league has been split into 10 divisions for boys and 8 divisions for girls.
The top division for boys is the Premier Division. The current champions are Acle United.

The top division for girls is the Championship. The current champions are Waveney Tigers.
The season will end with a play-off competition for the top teams in each division.
