East Midlands Women's Regional Football League
The East Midlands Women's Regional Football League (EMWRFL) is an amateur women's football league in England. It is at the fifth and sixth levels of the English women's football pyramid.
The EMWRFL was founded in 2007 and currently consists of 31 teams. The teams are divided into three divisions: Premier Division, Division One North, and Division One South.
Promotion and relegation
The top two teams from the Premier Division are promoted to the FA Women's National League Division One North, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division One North.
The top two teams from Division One North are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division One South.
The top two teams from Division One South are promoted to Division One North, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the East Midlands Women's League.
Season structure
The EMWRFL season runs from September to May. Each team plays each other team twice, once at home and once away.
The top teams at the end of the season qualify for the play-offs, with the winners of the play-offs being crowned champions.
