East Manchester Junior Football League
The East Manchester Junior Football League (EMJFL) is an amateur football league in East Manchester, England. It was founded in 1972 and currently has over 300 teams playing in its leagues.
Age Groups
The EMJFL caters for players from Under-7s to Under-18s. There are 10 age groups in total, with each age group having its own league.

Format

The EMJFL plays a league format, with each team playing each other team in its division twice. The top teams in each division at the end of the season qualify for the playoffs, with the winners of the playoffs being crowned champions.
The EMJFL also has a cup competition, the EMJFL Cup. The cup competition is open to all teams in the league, and the winner of the cup is the overall champion of the EMJFL.
