Dorset Youth Football League
The Dorset Youth Football League (DYFL) is an amateur football league for under-11 to under-16 players in the county of Dorset, England.
The DYFL was founded in May 2001 and is sanctioned by the Dorset County Football Association. It currently consists of 49 clubs and 222 teams spread over 10 age groups, with approximately 3,000 registered players.
History

The DYFL was founded in May 2001 as the Dorset Divisional Youth League. It was renamed the Dorset Youth Football League in 2017.
The league has grown significantly since its inception. In the 2001-02 season, there were just 20 clubs and 100 teams. By the 2021-22 season, there were 49 clubs and 222 teams.
Competitions

The DYFL runs a variety of competitions for under-11 to under-16 players. These include:
- Division 1
- Division 2
- Division 3
- Division 4
- Division 5
- Girls' League
The league also runs cup competitions for each age group.
