Doncaster Alliance League
The Doncaster Alliance League is an amateur football league based in Doncaster, England. It was founded in 1921 and currently consists of three divisions: Premier Division, Division One, and Division Two.
The league is affiliated to the Football Association and its teams compete for promotion to the Central Midlands League.
History
The Doncaster Alliance League was founded in 1921 by a group of local football clubs. The first season consisted of just six teams, but the league has since grown to its current size of over 50 teams.
The league has been won by a variety of teams over the years, including Doncaster Rovers Reserves, Rossington Main, and Armthorpe Welfare.
Current Season
The current season is the 2022-23 season. The Premier Division is currently being led by AFC Mallard, while Division One is being led by AFC Rossington.
The league's top scorer is currently Jack McShane of AFC Mallard, who has scored 18 goals in 12 games.
