The DDYFA 7-a-side Sunday Morning football league is a competitive football league for adults in Dundee, Scotland. The league is run by the Dundee and District Youth Football Association (DDYFA), and it is open to players of all abilities.

How it works

  • The league is played on Sunday mornings at various pitches in Dundee.
  • Each team consists of 7 players.
  • Matches are 20 minutes long, with a 5-minute break at half time.
  • The season runs from September to May.

Tournament structure

The league is divided into 2 divisions, the Premier Division and the First Division. The top teams in each division are promoted at the end of the season, while the bottom teams are relegated.
