What is the Cruyff Football League?
The Cruyff Football League is a youth football league founded in 2017 by Johan Cruyff Foundation. It is based on the Cruyff Foundation's philosophy of "joy of playing football", and aims to provide children with a fun and challenging environment to learn and develop their football skills.
The league is open to children aged 6-12 years old, and is divided into different age groups and skill levels. Matches are played on a smaller pitch than a traditional football pitch, and there are no referees. Instead, the children are encouraged to resolve any disputes themselves.
The Cruyff Football League is currently active in over 20 countries around the world, and has over 100,000 registered players.
