Coronation League And Alliance
The Coronation League and Alliance Football League is an amateur football league in England for men's teams. It was founded in 1903 and is based in the North West of England. The league has two divisions, the Coronation League and the Alliance Football League.
History
The Coronation League was founded in 1903 as the Coronation Cup Competition. It was renamed the Coronation League in 1905. The Alliance Football League was founded in 1919. The two leagues merged in 1974 to form the Coronation League and Alliance Football League.

The Coronation League is the top division of the league. It has 14 teams. The Alliance Football League is the second division of the league. It has 12 teams.
Season
The season runs from September to April. Each team plays each other team twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams in the Coronation League are promoted to the North West Counties Football League Division One. The bottom two teams in the Coronation League are relegated to the Alliance Football League. The top two teams in the Alliance Football League are promoted to the Coronation League. The bottom two teams in the Alliance Football League are relegated to the North West Counties Football League Division Two.
