About the Cornwall Ability Counts League
The Cornwall Ability Counts League (CALC) is an amateur football league for people with disabilities in Cornwall, England. It was founded in 2006 by a group of parents of children with disabilities who wanted to provide more opportunities for them to play football. The league currently has over 100 players and 10 teams, ranging from adults to children.
CALC teams compete in a variety of divisions, depending on the level of ability of the players. The league also offers a variety of other activities, such as training sessions, coaching courses, and social events.
Mission and Values
The CALC's mission is to "provide opportunities for people with disabilities to play football and have fun." The league's values are:
