BUCS - Devon Clubs Football League
The BUCS - Devon Clubs football league is an amateur football league in Devon, England. It is run by the British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) organisation. The league was founded in 1992 and currently consists of 16 teams.
History
The BUCS - Devon Clubs football league was founded in 1992. The inaugural season consisted of 10 teams. The league has since grown to its current size of 16 teams.
The league is divided into two divisions, the Premier Division and the Division One. The top two teams in the Premier Division are promoted to the BUCS National League South West, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Division One. The top two teams in the Division One are promoted to the Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the BUCS Devon Colleges League.
Current Season
The current season is the 2022-23 season. The Premier Division is currently led by Exeter University, followed by the University of Plymouth and the University of Exeter. The Division One is currently led by the University of Exeter 2nds, followed by the University of Plymouth 2nds and the University of Exeter 3rds.
