Banbury Lord Jersey Amateur Football League
The Banbury Lord Jersey Amateur Football League is an amateur football league in England, affiliated with the Banbury District and Lord Jersey Football Association (BDLJA). The league is currently in its 2022-2023 season.
The league consists of four divisions: Premier, Division One, Division Two, and Division Three. The Premier Division is the top division, and the Division Three is the bottom division.
There are a total of 36 teams competing in the league this season. The teams are from the Banbury area, as well as from surrounding towns and villages.
The league season runs from September to May. Each team plays each other team in their division twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams in each division at the end of the season are promoted to the next higher division, and the bottom two teams in each division are relegated to the next lower division.
The league also has a number of cup competitions, including the Coronation Cup, the Eric Morris Cup, the Geoff Wilson Cup, the George Reynolds Cup, and the Lord Jersey Cup.
