The Baines Bagguley Penhale North Lancashire & District Football League Division One is an amateur football league in North Lancashire, England. It is the second tier of the league, below the Premier Division.
The league was founded in 1921 and currently consists of 14 clubs. The teams play each other twice, once at home and once away, with the top two teams at the end of the season being promoted to the Premier Division. The bottom two teams are relegated to Division Two.
