History
The league was founded in 1922 as the North Lancashire & District Football League. The name was changed to the Baines Bagguley Penhale North Lancashire & District Football League in 2018.
The league has been won by a variety of clubs over the years, including Caton United, Garstang Town, and Longridge Town. The current champions are Caton United, who won the Premier Division title in 2022-23.
