4de Nationale C
4de Nationale C is an amateur football league in Belgium. It is the fifth tier of the Belgian football league system, and is divided into two groups of 14 teams. The top two teams from each group are promoted to 3de Nationale, while the bottom two teams in each group are relegated to 5de Provinciale.
The league was founded in 2016, when the Belgian FA decided to restructure the amateur leagues. It replaced the former 4de Provinciale league, which was the fifth tier of the league system at the time.
